Contact Support

Support & Tickets

Submit a ticket through your VPNVW account dashboard for connection, billing, or refund questions. Keep your issue details and follow-up replies in one thread to make troubleshooting easier.

Open a Dashboard Ticket

Sign in to the relevant account, then open the ticket section to submit your issue. For order or subscription questions, use the associated account so its records can be checked.

Haven’t created an account yet? No email address is required—create an account with a username and password. Keep account details and issue attachments separate, and never include your password in a ticket.

Contact Options & Response Expectations

Organizing details by issue type helps support identify the cause more efficiently than submitting duplicate tickets.

Dashboard Tickets: Account Help & Technical Troubleshooting

For client connection failures, access issues with specific apps, questions about data resets, order status checks, and refund requests. After submitting a ticket, check its status and replies in the dashboard. If more information is needed, reply in the same ticket to keep the context together.

Email & Telegram: Use Published Contact Details

No support email address or Telegram contact has been published on this site. For now, contact support through dashboard tickets. Do not send account details to external contacts from unverified sources.

Response Times: Check Your Ticket for Updates

We do not provide a fixed response time on this page. Wait times depend on the ticket queue, the complexity of the issue, and whether more information or an order check is needed. Submitting a ticket does not mean the issue is resolved. Return to your dashboard to check for replies and provide any requested details.

What to Prepare Before Submitting a Ticket

Share only the information needed to identify the issue. Redact personal information and account credentials from screenshots first.

Connections & App Access

Include your platform, the route selected in your client, your network environment, and roughly when the issue occurred. Say whether no apps can connect or only a particular platform or page is affected, and include the exact error message.

If you’ve already tried reconnecting, switching routes, or changing your local network, include the result of each attempt. Check client connection status separately from whether the app itself works. You can also try Network Check and the Help Center.

Subscriptions, Payments & Data

Include the relevant plan or data add-on, the order status shown in your dashboard, and the specific discrepancy. For payment issues, you can provide the order ID and a redacted payment receipt. Do not share payment passwords or complete sensitive account details.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data add-ons remain available until used and never expire. If you’re asking about a data balance change, distinguish your monthly subscription allowance from any data add-on and describe what the dashboard currently shows.

Refund Requests

VPNVW offers a 7-day refund policy. Submit a ticket from the relevant account with your refund request and order details. See the Refund Policy for eligibility and terms. Don’t mention a refund only indirectly in a connection issue description, as that can make your request unclear.

What to Do After Submitting a Ticket

Do I need to submit another ticket if the issue changes?

For the same issue, add new error messages, timestamps, and troubleshooting results to the original ticket. Describe unrelated issues separately so connection troubleshooting and order questions are easy to distinguish.

What can I check while waiting for a reply?

Check that your local network is working, your subscription is active, and you have data remaining. Then verify the route selected in your client and the app’s error message. For basic steps, see Quick Start. For streaming issues involving account region, available catalog, or route exit location, see the Streaming Guide. Add your findings to the ticket to reduce back-and-forth.

Where can I find support replies?

Sign in to your account dashboard, open the ticket section, and select the relevant ticket to read replies or provide more details. Use the status and replies shown in the dashboard; do not rely on verbal claims from outside contacts to determine order or refund progress.
