Refund Policy

This policy explains the refund scope, request process and payment return procedure for VPNVW subscriptions. Submit refund requests through a support ticket in the user panel. Order amounts and payment status are verified against panel records and payment receipts.

Refund Window and Eligibility

You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of your first payment. The request window is based on the record of your first successful payment. Eligible requests do not require proof of a fault, completed troubleshooting, attempts to use other routes or an explanation of your experience.

Please identify the relevant order when submitting a request. Monthly subscriptions and data packages have different billing methods, but the fact that data packages never expire does not mean the refund window remains open indefinitely. Renewals, additional data packages and upgrades do not automatically reopen the refund window for the first payment. For other orders, explain your request in a support ticket so customer service can check whether it falls within this commitment.

Eligible and Ineligible Situations

You may request a refund within the window above if you no longer need the service, your device configuration is unsuitable or your experience does not meet expectations. A connection record or partial data usage should not by itself be treated as a waiver of a refund for any reason. This policy sets no data-usage threshold and imposes no undisclosed deductions.

Requests made after the refund window for the first payment are not covered by the full-refund commitment described above. Unpaid orders, unsuccessful payments and orders already refunded have no payment that can be returned again. For duplicate payments or unusual order statuses, first verify the transaction records before deciding how to proceed.

Cases involving unusual usage beyond the plan allowance, account violations or payment disputes require a review of the order and relevant records. An unusual activity flag alone must not automatically disqualify a request made within the refund window. If it affects the outcome, customer service should explain the reason in the support ticket; account actions and refund checks are handled separately.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Sign in to the user panel and check the payment time, order number, amount paid and payment method in your order history.
  2. Open a support ticket in the panel, state that you are requesting a refund and provide the order number. You may include a reason if you wish.
  3. Customer service will verify the order and refund window. If the payment record cannot be matched, they will list any additional information needed in the original ticket.
  4. Use the same ticket to check the outcome and return record, avoiding duplicate requests that could split up the information.

Requested documents may include proof of payment or a transaction ID. Please redact unrelated personal information from screenshots. Do not submit your account password, subscription link or information unrelated to the order. An email address is not required to create an account, and refund correspondence is handled through support tickets in the panel.

Payment Returns and Method Differences

Refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Account balance or other service credits will not replace a full refund for an eligible request. Alipay and WeChat Pay orders should be refunded through the original transaction where possible. If the payment channel cannot process a return that way, customer service should explain why and confirm a feasible alternative with the requester.

For USDT transactions, the payment record, network used and receiving address must be checked separately. The address used to send payment must not be assumed to accept a refund. Provide only the information needed when requested in a support ticket, and proceed only after confirming that the address and network match. The specific return amount and transaction details should be explained in the ticket; no exchange rate or network fee is promised in advance.

Checking Refund Status

Request handling, verification and payment arrival are separate stages. The actual arrival time depends on the payment channel, transaction review or network confirmation; this policy does not set an unverified fixed number of days. After a refund is issued, check the original payment account or relevant transaction records rather than relying only on the order status in the panel.

If the ticket shows that a refund was issued but you cannot find the payment, reply in the original ticket with the results of your search. Customer service can investigate further using the return receipt. Once a refund is complete, the subscription or data benefits associated with that order end; check other active orders separately.
